Milk and cream from the northern Italian region of Valtellina form the basis for this ice cream. It is complemented by the addition of almonds from Spain and cantucci biscuits from Italy (Tuscany), another classic Italian creation!

Frozen products must be stored at -18°C without interruption.
Do not refreeze thawed products.
