Caramel ice cream, for this creamy delicacy, our gelatiere 'Roberto Ghisolfi' creates the cream caramel himself using the finest Italian cream and caramelized sugar from France. To bring out the caramel flavor even more and to reduce the sweetness, we add a pinch of salt from Trapani, Sicily. A uniquely authentic caramel treat!
