Pear sorbet with an extreme high fruit content of 60% of Williams pear purée from France. The sorbet owes its intensive taste of pear to the deliciously sweet Williams pears and the light lacing of Williams liqueur - Acquavite di pera Williams -. The lightly grained texture increases the feeling of the real pear enjoyment.
