Alessandro Ghisolfi started the story in 1958 with opening his first Gelateria in Meda (Milano). In 1980, he opened a new business in Mariano Comense and, with incredible creativity and enthusiasm, constantly developped the art of manufacturing his Gelati. The Gelato became very popular, the production had been steadily growing and was delivered to various Gelaterias throughout the whole region. Despite advancement and new technologies, the Ghisolfi family - today managed by son Roberto - continued to craft in the traditional northern-Italian style (high creaminess and authenticity in taste) and perfected on highest Quality.
